Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 6, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Ethan Sunray LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when existing users access Inpodcast AI at https://inpodcast.ai. The Service is in maintenance mode and no longer accepts registrations, purchases, subscriptions, public podcast publishing, or new voice cloning.
1. Information We Process
- Account information: information used to identify, authenticate, and manage your account.
- User content: materials you submit and content created or stored through the Service.
- Service information: account activity, credit usage, service status, support communications, and information needed to keep the Service secure and reliable.
- Historical transaction information: records relating to past purchases, credits, and refunds. We do not store full payment-card details.
- Usage data: IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, cookies, and analytics events.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- authenticate existing users and provide retained podcast, document, editor, TTS, and account features;
- process content, manage credits, deliver requested results, maintain the Service, and provide support;
- review submitted and generated content for safety and compliance;
- protect accounts, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes;
- understand basic service usage through Google Analytics and maintain reliability.
We do not use your content to train our own AI models and do not sell your personal information.
3. Automated Content Safety
We may use automated tools and, where appropriate, human review to help identify content that may violate our Terms, applicable law, or the rights of others. Content may be refused, removed, or restricted when reasonably necessary to protect users and the Service.
We limit the use and retention of information from these reviews to what is reasonably needed for safety, support, legal compliance, and account administration. You may contact us if you believe a content-safety decision was made in error.
4. Service Providers and International Processing
We rely on service providers to support infrastructure, content processing, communications, analytics, security, and other functions needed to operate the Service. For example, Cloudflare supports parts of our infrastructure and security, and Google Analytics helps us understand general website usage.
These providers may process information in countries other than your own. We share only the information reasonably necessary for them to perform services for us and expect them to handle it under applicable terms, privacy requirements, and safeguards.
5. Cookies and Analytics
Essential cookies maintain login sessions and service preferences. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to provide aggregated usage information. You can restrict non-essential cookies through browser or device settings, although some settings may affect the Service.
6. Retention and Deletion
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide and protect the Service, administer accounts, respond to requests, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.
When an account is deleted, associated personal information and content will be deleted or de-identified within a reasonable period. Some information may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accounting, or compliance with law.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No transmission or storage method is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
8. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or information about processing. You can review or update certain account information and request account deletion through Profile. For other requests, contact us; we may need to verify your identity before responding.
9. Children
The Service is for existing adult account holders and is not directed to children. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it as appropriate.
10. Disclosures and Legal Requests
We may disclose information when required by valid legal process or when reasonably necessary to protect users, the public, our rights, or the security of the Service. Legal requests may be submitted through our support address and may require verification.
11. Changes and Contact
We may update this policy by posting a revised version and date. For privacy questions, rights requests, safety reports, or other concerns, email support@inpodcast.ai. Our customer support team normally reviews complete requests within 1–7 business days.
