Additional credits may be purchased through the Service. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms. We reserve the right to modify our pricing and credit packages at any time.

5.3 Credit Expiration

Credits may have expiration dates as specified at the time of acquisition or purchase. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of expiring credits, but you are responsible for monitoring your credit balance and expiration dates.

Before filing a claim against the Company, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at support@inpodcast.ai. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting you via email. If a dispute is not resolved within sixty (60) days of submission, you or the Company may bring a formal proceeding.

You and the Company agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be settled by binding arbitration, except that each party retains the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of a party's copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, or other intellectual property rights.

You and the Company agree that any arbitration or court proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between the Company and you individually. To the full extent permitted by law, (a) no arbitration or proceeding shall be joined with any other, (b) there is no right or authority for any dispute to be arbitrated or resolved on a class-action basis or to utilize class action procedures, and (c) there is no right or authority for any dispute to be brought in a purported representative capacity on behalf of the general public or any other persons.

Notwithstanding the above, the following shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the United States: (a) intellectual property disputes, (b) claims related to, or arising from, allegations of theft, piracy, invasion of privacy, or unauthorized use, and (c) any claim for injunctive relief.
